Vista Rose Senior Housing

Valley Residential Services is pleased to announce that it has accepted the role of managing the new Vista Rose Senior Apartments currently being constructed by The Pacific Companies on Lucille Street in Wasilla. This 78 unit Low Income Housing Tax Credit development will be constructed in two phases and plans to open the first 42 units in August/September of 2017.

These units will be quality constructed and designed to be energy efficient. This senior housing project will be an age-restricted (55+) community and will feature one
and two bedroom apartments with a washer/dryer in every unit.  Rents will begin at $695 for the 1-bedroom units and and begin at $828 for the 2-bedroom units.

There will be a 4,000 SF Community Center which will include a computer room, a recreational room and kitchen, an exercise room and an elevator. There will be covered parking available along with a fenced-in
dog park and a central courtyard space with benches and a community garden with raised planters. Other amenities will include picnic tables with a BBQ under a pergola. For sign up information contact the office at 357-0256.
