Ron Fassett, Vice President Development

Ron Fassett joined the Valley Residential Services staff in May of 2011. Ron was the grant and site manager for the construction of VRS’s Swanson House project which was completed in May of 2012. Ron has thirteen years experience in commercial property management where he was responsible for all operational aspects of property development as the mall manager at the Northway Mall in Anchorage, Alaska.

He was the store manager for various Pay’n Save/Rite Aid stores for nineteen years. Ron has served on the Board of Directors of the Anchorage Gateway Rotary for seven years and was President for one term. Ron graduated from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and minor in mathematics.

Ron continues his development education by attending various classes and conferences offered by AHFC and other related entities.
